Experienced Three.js R3F Developer

About the job

We are a company based in Antwerp, Belgium that specializes in developing web 3D configurators, often connected to the client’s production software. We focus mainly on furniture and construction related projects.

We are a team of 15 developers. We believe that developers are strong problem solvers that can work directly with clients so we have no project managers micromanaging our team.

We believe in having a fulfilling job that challenges you. We work normal office hours, which might sound boring, but being focused for so long is not easy. It might be that you seldomly have a small emergency to fix, but in general we believe in low stress, high impact, high focus work environment.

You will be able to work on projects from A to Z, alone or together with colleagues. You’ll have the opportunity to grow and learn.

Clients provide their problems and goals, rather than specific development instructions. It is your responsibility to understand their needs and craft solutions that meet those objectives. Your role is more than just development, it centers on problem-solving and delivering results.

We strongly believe in people growing their skills so we don’t expect you to be an expert in everything. But we do look for people that learn quickly, have a good understanding of technical challenges and can empathize with what the clients want.
