We believe in creating products that are impactful and timeless. We know that’s a challenge in today’s digital domain.

Compiled from our experiences across building a digital platform for KKL Luzern, scaling to millions of monthly visitors with FreeNow, compiling French-German history into bite-sized content, and driving early adoption of AI Agents with B-Lab, we are building our own tech platform as a baseline for all our projects.

About our engineering team

Our goal is to become one of the leading engineering teams in the agency space. We have a set of shared engineering practices to move fast, and maintain a high-bar for quality.

• You will be working across one of our cross-functional project teams

• You will be leading projects from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance

• You will be working directly with our customers

• You will shape our engineering practices, and communicate them to other teams and our customers

Requirements

• You have built production-grade web applications with Next.js, React and Typescript

• You have a strong portfolio, showcasing complex, immersive user interfaces

• You have experience with a relevant animation library (Framer Motion or similar)

• You have strong communication skills. We document everything

Nice to have

• You have experience with relevant 3D technologies (Three.js or similar)

• You have experience with Content Management Systems

• You have worked on multiple projects simultaneously, for example in an agency
