Giskard defends the vision of a Responsible AI that serves the economic performance of companies while respecting the rights of citizens. To embody this mission, we are building a holistic testing platform for AI professionals to evaluate the quality & security of Generative AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
Since 2021, we've been building based on open-source foundations (4.2K stars on GitHub) and pushing the frontier of AI Safety & Security research, to help major customers secure their GenAI applications, including BPCE, SG, AXA, Michelin, and more.
Company track record
In 2022, we raised our first round of 1.5 million euros, led by Elaia, with notable angel investors including Hugging Face's CTO and Mistral AI's co-founder. To read more about this fundraising, you can read our announcement.

Missions
Working directly with Giskard's CTO, your missions will be to:
Create intuitive & functional UI/UX for enterprise customers to evaluate LLMs applications,
Revamp and maintain our design system, designing reusable component libraries,
Collaborate with other team members & customers (from researchers & engineers to business stakeholders),
Contribute in driving and shaping our product, pushing the frontier of AI Safety & Security.
Key responsiblilities
Analyze user pain points and propose innovative UX solutions
Create wireframes, mockups, or interactive prototypes
Implement frontend designs using React
Guide and review design implementation by other developers
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine design solutions
Requirements
We're looking for a design engineer who takes ownership of user problems and drives solutions forward. Show us your portfolio of shipped products, design systems you've built, or user experiences you've transformed.
We are hiring people located in France or willing to relocate. You must have an EU work permit.
Requirements
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
Proficiency in Javascript frameworks like React / Next.js
Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
Strong written & oral communication skills in English.
Bonus 1: open-source contributions are highly valued.
Bonus 2: knowledge of generative AI (in particular LLMs) is also a plus.
Ideal candidate
Has shipped products combining both design and development work
Can defend design decisions with user-centered reasoning
Comfortable switching between design and development tasks
Experience with design systems and component libraries

Salary: between 50 K€ and 75 K€ / year (brut) + 0.1 - 0.2% of equity
